Position: Finance Administration Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Organisational Sciences, or similar
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks online
- Willing to work afternoon hours for US market
Job Description:
- KPI reporting – Organizing and preparing all the necessary reports within the year.
- Assisting in quarterly meetings.
- Assisting Finance Admin in their daily tasks.
- Various Sales Administrative work - Tracking and invoicing for sales.
- Generating Purchase Orders and following vendor expense worksheets.
- Maintaining P&L items, Balance sheet and Inventory.
- Service/Finance reporting to the CEO.
